I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Johns Hopkins University. My time there has exponentially increased my love and understanding of math and I am eager to share this with my students. My love of teaching developed as a direct result of my father's career in education. I have always had a robust academic schedule which included numerous extracurricular activities such as serving as the anchoring lawyer for my school's mock trial team, captain of my high school football team, and serving as a member of student government. In college I have served as the philanthropy chair for my fraternity. My love of academics allows me to help students in a wide array of subject areas, including algebra 1 & 2, mechanical engineering, geometry, Microsoft Excel and Office, essay editing, English grammar and syntax, calculus, public speaking, marketing, English, business, pre-algebra, calculus 1, pre-calculus, physics, science, thermodynamics, technical writing, technology and computer science, elementary math, elementary reading, elementary science, and elementary writing. I also enjoy helping students prepare for standardized exams such as the SAT and CLEP. I truly love learning and it is my goal to help each of my students develop their own love of learning while helping them reach their academic goals.
