Experience
I worked as a teacher's assistant/tutor at an elementary school.I had to manage the classroom when the teachers were in meetings.I have taken urban education classes my freshman year and they made me interested in the quality of our education system. I want to be a tutor because I like helping other people and I find it fascinating when a student understands a concept. I was one of those students that just needed a little more one on one time with the teacher.
